$649 NEW // $175 used: sofa was bought in gently-used
condition and is now in a moderately used state. It functions great and there’s
nothing wrong with it - just starting to accumulate wear on the fabric.
+ Also, selling my full-sized boxspring and Sealy posture-pedic mattress. Both parts are clean and in good condition - mattress has absolutely no stains and was always covered with sheets. I bought everything brand new from Costco about two years ago for probably around $500 total. Selling for $100.
